The 2026 ATOM Unit 1 SAC Pack has arrived!
Created by experienced VCE Media teachers, this pack supports assessment for Unit 1: Media Representations, Media Forms in Production & Australian Media Stories and aligns with the current study design. It includes sample school-assessed coursework designed to help students practise responding to short- and extended-response questions, as well as practical hands-on assessment tasks for production.
The SAC Pack is a practical classroom resource that gives students clear preparation opportunities while also providing teachers with adaptable templates for their own assessment tasks.
The pack contains multiple sections with a detailed marking rubric to support consistent assessment and student understanding. Teachers can adjust research and writing time to suit their own school context.
