My Primary School Journey

My Primary School Journey is a 12-part reflective writing program designed to support Grade 6 students in their final year of primary school, preparing them for their transition to high school. This program fosters self-awareness, resilience, and emotional well-being, helping students reflect on their experiences and develop a positive mindset for the next stage of their learning journey. In the process, they create a personal keepsake.
