Inscribed with an intimate and dreamlike nostalgia, Surf Club is a coming-of-age videogame about returning home and negotiating time's inescapable changes. Prior to the game's planned 2022 release, Stephanie Harkin spoke to its developer, Olivia Haines, about her personal connection with Surf Club's seaside setting and her desire to create an explorable space that pays homage to her memories.
