In the beginning is the concept. All arts and entertainment projects start with a concept – films, plays, books, visual art. Whatever way the concept is advanced through the design stage, if the finished product is intended to convey a specific message, entertain or educate its target audience, it must also include elements which have been deliberately chosen to motivate them.
