Yagan is the account of the brutal murder of Aboriginal warrior Yagan and the repatriation of his remains almost 180 years later. Murdered in 1833 by those he trusted and then cruelly beheaded, the return of Yagan's skull to Noongar country was a momentous occasion for Australian Indigenous people nationwide.
Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander viewers are advised that Yagan contains images and voices of deceased persons.
