Synopsis
Secrets of our Cities (Steve Peddie and Darren Hutchinson, 2017) is a series of three 56-minute episodes exploring three iconic suburbs: Fremantle (in Perth, Western Australia), Fitzroy (in Melbourne, Victoria) and Bondi (in Sydney, New South Wales).
In the series, Greig Pickhaver travels to the three cities to understand how events on the other side of the world have brought waves of migration to our shores, transforming our nation and defining our major cities today. By examining defining historical moments and personal stories of triumph and tragedy, Greig uncovers some of the untold secrets of our cities.
