Product Overview

Making Babies is a two-part series – consisting of 'Search for a Donor' and 'Donor Generation' – about different ways to have a baby and the ways in which children born of donor conceptions deal with the complex legal and personal issues of being the child of at least one non-biological parent.

The inspiration for the documentary came from the radical changes that are happening in the traditional family. People are having to shift how they think of a 'normal' family and family relationships as they introduce another person, the donor, into the equation of making a baby.
