When Australian children's entertainers the Silly Billies hear that their circus friends are having trouble with their unscrupulous bank manager, they decide that they should help save the circus! Mayhem, fun and laughter follow as the Silly Billies create chaos under the big top tent. Maybe the circus would be safer with the nasty bank manager ... but it certainly wouldn't be as much fun! Will a bright red kangaroo way up high in the Wheel of Death help save the circus? Maybe not ... but it looks awesome anyway!

Will the nasty villain really attempt to raffle off the circus elephants? And then there's question on everyone's lips – who'll save the circus from the Silly Billies? Life's a circus; you'd be a clown to miss it!
