Issues relating to the protection of online content are only increasing in urgency as piracy thrives. The My Story My Content Short Film Competition, presented by IPAF and ATOM, aims to raise awareness among students of the value of creative content. Here, Stephen Jenner presents IPAF's research into piracy in Australia, and considers some of the strategies aimed at protecting intellectual property.
