Fight the Power - From Street to Screen to Classroom: A Media Education Show About Politics

'Fight the Power' examines the relationship between music and politics, and gives our teen and young adult viewers a broad overview of the state of political activism today among their peers, and among the music they listen to.' The MuchMusic TV crew went to the April 2001 'Summit of the Americas' in Quebec City to document the anti-globalisation protest that took place outside the summit, and focuses on the crucial role that music and musicians played in the protest.
