Lantana': A Story of Men and Women: Ray Lawrence Interviewed by Hunter Cordaiy

Lantana (2001) is the second feature film from director Ray Lawrence. His first production, Bliss (1985), is considered by many to be one of the 'missing masterpieces' of Australian cinema. In this interview following the premiere of Lantana at the Sydney and Melbourne film festivals, Lawrence talks about his return to the big screen with an ensemble cast (including Anthony La Paglia, Geoffrey Rush, Barbara Hershey and Rachael Blake) and a murder mystery that takes its audience to the heart of social relationships in contemporary Australian society.
