Jim Hillier: Hollywood Now

Having worked for many years in the Education Department of the British Film Institute, Jim Hillier now teaches film at the University of Reading. In this interview with Noel King, he discusses his book The New Hollywood, updating the account he gives there by considering some other critical perspectives on the New Hollywood and by commenting on some industrial–institutional developments that have come to pass since he completed the book.
