To make the grade, make a stand.

Denise Dixon's reputation is destroyed by rumours of promiscuous behaviour at a party hosted by local television personality Todd Turner. The stories are far from the truth but that doesn't stop Kirsty, Denise's ex-best friend, from using them to boost her own popularity and steal Denise's boyfriend. Denise was drugged and gang raped by the adult men at the party. She is so ashamed and distraught that she has not told anyone what really happened that night, not even her mother. Denise has spent the summer avoiding everyone but the beginning of a new school year means that she has to face her peers and their false accusations.
