'The Tools to Re-imagine My World': a Paper on Cineliteracy for High School and Primary Teachers

In this article Jane Mills argues that the use of screen studies and video production can be used effectively to re-engage disaffected students in their literacy learning and extend their cineliteracies as well as traditional written-linguistic literacy. She tracks a group of teachers who undertook this approach and summarises the best and worst aspects of this pilot study.
