Stepping into Supernatural: Screen Literacy and Breaking the Fourth Wall

Metafiction, intertextuality and intratextuality have long been used as tools with which to analyse literary texts in the English classroom, but with the curriculum's enhanced focus on multimodality, teachers are no longer confined to the page.
