Queen and Zak Grieve, The (1-Year Access)

SKU: SC0241

A young Indigenous man from Katherine in the Northern Territory gets caught up in a murder plot. He backs out of the plot, but ends up with the longest jail time of all involved, including the man who actually dealt the fatal blows and the killer's mother who paid for the hit. The judge called his own decision to send Zak Grieve to jail for life (with 20 years non-parole) an injustice, blaming the Northern Territory’s mandatory sentencing laws.
